How to say "Good afternoon" in Italian

Greeting with "buon pomeriggio" in the afternoon. 

This phrase means “good afternoon” as a greeting or farewell in after noon.
Please note that you can hear buongiorno in the afternoon, but buon pomeriggio is more common and accurate.
